Instead of disconnecting your computer and hauling in to a tech support center, the nearest computer shop leave it in it’s environment and give me a call since most computer problems are software. Using a small application which is installed on your computer I can take control over your mouse, keyboard and display and further assist you in solving the issues that you are experiencing with your computer. All that is needed is for your computer to be connected to a high-speed internet connection and a functional browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome. Let’s Get Connected

  1. Using your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) go to www.fastsupport.com and follow the prompts. Enter your name and the support key I will give you.
  2. A small client application will download to your computer which may ask you if you want to download it and run it just answer yes.
  3. Once the client software is installed I will be able to take control over your mouse, keyboard and monitor so that I can assist you through the problems that you are experiencing.
  4. After the session has ended I cannot get back into your computer without your permission.

That’s all there is to it, and the best part, if I can’t fix the problem there isn’t any charge for the remote connection.
